About Mealuto
Mealuto is an iOS app that automatically detects meal photos in your camera roll on-device, so "when and what you ate" stays organized as a visual journal.
"What did I have for lunch last Wednesday?" — easy to look back. "I keep eating the same thing, let me pick something different tonight" — easy to plan ahead. The record builds up from the photos you're already taking.
All image recognition runs locally on your device. Your photos and recognition results are never sent to any external server.

Features marked with Plus are unlocked with the Plus plan (a one-time purchase of ¥800). Everything else is free.
Automatic Meal Photo Detection
When you launch the app or start a scan manually, it scans your camera roll, picks out meal photos automatically, and queues them as candidate entries.
Auto Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner / Snack
Uses each photo's capture time to assign meals to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack automatically. You can freely adjust the time window for each category in Settings — no manual sorting required.
Calendar with Thumbnails
The monthly calendar shows a thumbnail of what you ate each day. "What did I eat last week?" becomes a glance at the calendar.
Fully On-Device
Image recognition runs entirely on-device. Photos and recognition results never leave your device.
Favorites
Mark meals you revisit with a heart. Filter the timeline or map to "favorites only" to look them back up in an instant.
Auto Mode
Skip the review step — detected meal photos go straight into your log. Zero-friction meal journaling.
Map View
Using location EXIF from your photos, revisit "when, where, and what" you ate over the most recent 7 days. Plus unlocks your full map history.
Calorie Tracking Plus
Enter calories per meal — daily summaries help you review your eating habits at a glance.
Extended Scan Range Plus
Expand the free plan's "past 1 week / up to 50 photos" to an unlimited period and up to 200 photos per scan.
